History
Clinical Applications Laboratories, Inc., began from a desire to help others. Principal Investigator Vijaya Pratha was looking for a way to channel her years of experience in medical practice to directly benefit in a lasting way the patients she treated every day. She found a way to do that in clinical research. Bringing new therapies into the world means making innovative, novel care accessible to everyone. That is the ethos that drives both Dr. Pratha and her team of experienced, dedicated research staff to help connect patients with new treatments every day.
CAL Inc. opened its doors in 2003. Since then, it's worked with companies like Johnson & Johnson, Wyeth and Novartis, and helped launch drugs like Protonix and Prilosec.
